Justin Arasin joined U.S. Realty Advisors last week as head of capital formation and product development. Based in the firm’s New York headquarters, he oversees investor relations, client development and product origination. Arasin was previously head of alternative investments distribution at Nuveen, where we worked for just over three years. He also had stints at financial-technology company Toast and Alkeon Capital Management. His hire at U.S.Realty was arranged by executive-search firm Rhodes Associates.
