Buyside specialist Stefan Krawitz joined M1Ventures last week as a vice president leading acquisitions. He’s based in the firm’s New York headquarters, reporting to principal Carlos Michan. Krawitz departed Nightingale Properties, which has lost several staffers this fall amid issues tied to dislocation in the market and several deals involving Crowd Street. Krawitz was a director at Nightingale for just over a year and a half. Before that, he worked at Kaufman Investments and RXR. M1 invests across property types, geographies and the risk spectrum.
