  • Define client organizational structure and business strategy, both culturally and professionally
  • Determine requirements, key issues, and goals to develop position specifications using our extensive knowledge of the real estate industry delivering substantial value through our diagnostic and strategic consulting process

CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify firms that are successful market-leading competitors or have strategies and organizational structures that are relevant to this assignment, using our deep understanding of the competitive landscape in which the client operates and market perspectives
  • Initial candidate identification and evaluation using our more than 30-year network of contacts and unrivaled research capabilities

REVIEW PROGRESS

  • Research meetings to review progress
  • Evaluate results of initial candidate interviews
  • Refine position specification(s) and adjust research strategy as necessary
  • Continue with interviews and research

SELECT FINALIST, NEGOTIATE & CLOSE

  • Select finalist(s) and complete references
  • Assist in the negotiation of compensation package and extend offer

POST SEARCH FOLLOW UP

  • Monitor resignation, provide guidance and support throughout employment transition
  • Follow up with candidate and provide executive coaching as needed
  • Stay attuned with client and remain a trusted source of expert knowledge on developments, trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate industry
