Joseph Paduano joined Simone Development last month as an associate focused on acquisitions and asset management. Paduano previously spent two-plus years at Brickman, where he was a senior analyst. Prior to that, he worked at Altus Group for nearly two-and-a-half years. Executive-search firm Rhodes Associates arranged Paduano’s hire at New York-based Simone, which acquires and develops a variety of properties in New York and its suburbs.
