Yuliya Padey is a Vice President at Rhodes Associates, doing research for the firm’s executive search and consulting activities. Before joining Rhodes, Yuliya worked as a loan originator managing hard money loans in multiple states and is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education and Child Psychology and founded and operated an ESL school abroad.
