Alex Kouwenhoven joined industrial investment shop Woodhill Real Estate last month as a director of asset management for its national portfolio. He spent the last two years at Prologis, overseeing leasing for a 7 million-sf logistics-property portfolio in Northern New Jersey. Prior to that, he spent almost three-and-a-halfyearsatCushman&Wakefield.New York-based Woodhill is an opportunistic shop focused on properties throughout the U.S. Kouwenhoven’s hire was arranged by executive-search firm Rhodes Associates.
