Ryan Tunstall joined EJS Development this month as a managing director and head of development for the New York-based shop. He spent the last 11.5 years at Jamestown, where he was a regional director and senior vice president of development and construction. His hire at EJS was arranged by executive-search firm Rhodes Associates. EJS pursues ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects in major markets, with an emphasis on New York.
